Hunsgi



A number of early Palaeolithic sites were found here. At some sites, a large number of tools, used for all sorts of activities, were found. These were probably habitation-cum factory sites. In some of the other,smaller sites, there is evidence to suggest that tools were made. Some of the sites were close to springs. Most tools were made from limestone, which was locally available.

Different name of India

Many of us know India either by the name of "India" or "Bharata". Some who have a little interest in history, also, know India by the name of "Bharatvarsha" or "Aryavarta". But in past immemorial, India was known by several different names in several different eras and societies and some of those names are listed here: Jambudvipa Jambudvipa is the ancient name of India which literally means “the land of Jambu trees” and can be found in numerous religious texts of various  Sanathan Dharma ’s offshoots viz. Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. The Jambu or Jambul means Indian blackberry and dvipa means the continent. Nabhivarsha In Jain texts, India was known as Nabhivarsha, the country of Nabhi. If you were in their position.You would perhaps desire a system where security, dignity and fair play are assured to everyone. You might want, for example, that no one should be arrested without proper reason and information. And if someone is arrested, he or she should have a fair chance to defend themselves. You might agree that such assurance can not apply to everything. One has to be reasonable in what one expects and demands of everyone else, for one has to grant the same to everyone.
